A disaster in the making -- some ingredient or prep is off and all that is made is a disgusting, unfryable mush -- at least in our Winter/Sprint 2011 cooking session.
Ingredients

garbanzos

medium onion
|

2 cloves
|
garlic
|
|
2 tsp
|
onion powder
|
|
1 tsp
|
ground coriander
|
|
1 tsp
|
ground cumin
|
|
1/4 cup
|
parsley,
minced
|
|
|
pita bread,
for serving
|
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except parsley in a food processor or blender. Mix in parsley by hand. Lightly oil a skillet and heat on medium-low. Drop spoonfuls of falafel mixture onto lightly oiled skillet and brown.
Serve in pitas with lettuce, tomato, onion, radishes and creamy dressing.
