Fresh Rasberry-Lemon Pie

15 minutes + 4'15" for cooking, chilling
Ingredients
One 8oz Pkg Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup cold milk
1 Pkg lemon-flavored instant pudding
2 tsp grated lemon peel
2 cups thawed whip topping, divided
1 graham cracker crust
1 cup rasberries
Preparation
Beat together cheese, milk, dry pudding mix and peel with whire whisk until well blended. Stir in whipped topping. Spoon mixture into crust and top with remaining 1 cup topping. Chill 4 hours or until firm. Top with rasberries and serve.
