Gazpacho Dip
Yield:
12 servings
Ingredients
2-3 large firm tomatoes, diced
2 small cans chopped olives
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 7oz can diced green chiles
1/4 cup vinegar and oil salad dressing
garlic salt, to taste (optional)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Serve with corn chips.
