Marinated Tri-Tip (WasabiBratwurst)

Ranked second in the 2009 tri-tip challenge. A nice savory preparation.
Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup clarified butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup steak sauce
1 cup teriyaki sauce
3 Tbl garlic, finely minced
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp hot sauce
1 cup dry red wine
tri-tip
Preparation
Marinade tri-tip at least overnight, as long as three days.
