Almanor is pretty much just eating and drinking for several days straight. The drive back along I5 is grueling and usually leaves on arriving at supper time with a good starve on while leaving one rather tired. This was a one-skillet meal that turned the tide of starvation quite nicely. (15 Aug 2004)
Ingredients

4 sprigs
|
rosemary
|
|
|
olive oil
|
|
4
|
lamb chops
|
|
|
garlic salt
|
|
|
hash browns
|
Preparation
In a medium-hot pan, saute rosemary in olive oil until soft. Rub lamb chops with garlic salt and fry. When done, cover with foil and place in a warm pan.
Add additional rosemary and olive oil to the pan and fry hash browns in the "dirty' pan. Remove, drain and serve with lamb chops.
