Notes
I'm a fan of fresh turkey sausage patties but finding ones that have any flavor in the store is a non-starter. After several months of tinkering around trying to concoct my own recipe I cracked open Joy and found their seasoning to be mighty tasty with a little tinkering. The trimmings from a normally butchered set of spareribs makes some truly excellent ground pork suitable for grilling with this recipe
