tomato sauce

1/4 cup

water

1 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

pepper

1/2 tsp

chili powder

1/8 tsp

sweet basil

Accent (MSG)

Biscuit Topping
|

1/2 cup

milk
|

1 cup

Bisquick

melted butter or margraine.

Preparation
Slowly saute hamburger in the olive oil until the meat is evenly light brown. Add the onion and the gren pepper to the pan. Add the tomato sauce and refill the sauce can with water and add to pan. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, sweet basil and Accent. Simmer 15 minutes. Put mixture in a casserole with enough room to add biscuit topping.
Biscuit topping: Mix the milk and the Bisquick and knead until smooth and shiny. Cut regular shapes (disks, squares, etc) out of 2" dough. Lay in evenly over stew.
Bake at 425F forn 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden
