Warm Avacadoes with Tangy Topping

Warm avacados sounds maybe a little sexy, no?
Ingredients
1 small red onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 Tbl sunflower oil or substitute
a few dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 rip avacados, halved and pitted
2 small tomatoes, sliced
1 Tbl fresh basil marjoram or parsley
2 oz Lancashire or mozzarelle cheese, sliced
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Fry the onion in the oil until softened and shake in a bit of Worchestershire sauce. Divide the tomato slices, herbs and chese over the avacade halves. Season well and grill until the cheese melts and begins browning.
