Amaretto Mousse
Ingredients
24 Vanilla Oreo Cookies, crushed
1/4 cup melted margerine
1 pkg knox Gelatine
1/4 cup cold milk
3 eggs separated
3 Tbl sugar
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
4 oz Amaretto
Preparation
Combine crushed cookies with margarine. Pub in the bottom of a spring form pan. Chill. Soften gelatine in cold milk. Soften gelatine in cold milk. Dissolve over hot water. Beat eggs [yolks] with sugar until thick and light. Add Amaretto.

Beat egg whites until stuff but _not_ dry. Fold in yolk mixture then.
