Ingredients

vanilla pudding

milk
|

2 cans (4 3/4 oz)

strained apricots (baby food!)

|
1/2 cup
|
crushed pineapple,
drained
|
|
1/2 pint
|
heavy cream,
whipped
|
|
|
apricots,
halved
|
|
|
chopped pecans
|
Preparation
Prepare pudding with milk as directed on package. While pudding is still hot, stir in apricots and pinapple. Cool, fold in whipped cream and pour into sherbert glasses. Chill & garnish with apricot halves and chopped pecans
