Brandied Fruit
Ingredients
1 3oz can pineapple chunks
1 jar cherries
2 1/2 cup sugar
Preparation
Drain fruit -- add sugar -- stir every day for 3 weeks. Do not cover tightly as air is needed to help ferment. Add Brandy later -- 1/4 cup or more.
