whipping cream,
whipped

rasberries or strawberries
|

powdered sugar

Preparation
Crust: Beat egg whites stiff. Fold in sugar and vanilla, then cracker crumbs, baking poder and nuts. Grease 9" pie tin. Fill with batter and backe 325F for 30 minutes.
Filling: Fold berries into whipped cream. Add powdered sugar. Spread on top of cooked crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
