large tomatoes or 12 cherry tomatoes

green peppers,
cut into large pieces

small onions

celery stalks,
cut into small pieces

1/3 of 10 1/2 oz

cream of chicken soup
|
|
2-3 tsp
|
Hungarian paprika
|

1/8 tsp
|
red pepper
|
|
2 tsp
|
salt
|
|
1-2 Tbl
|
corn starch
|
|
2 Tbl
|
cold water,
mixed with cornstarch
|
Preparation
Brown chicken. Add green peppers, onions, tomatos & celery. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Combine remaning ingredients except cornstarch and water in a small saucepan. Heat just to boiling point, stirring constantly.
Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables. Cover and cook over low heat for about an hour or until chicken is fork-tender.
If sauce is thin, thicken with corn starch dissolved in cold water
