green

cooking oil

small curd cottage cheese

1 pt

sour cream
|
|
1 1/2 tsp
|
oregano,
crumbled
|
|
1/2 tsp
|
thyme,
crumbled
|
|
1/2 tsp
|
salt
|
|
1/3 cup
|
minced parsley
|
|
1 lb
|
ground beef
|
|
unknown quantity (guess 1/2 small)

onion,
minced
|

1 clove
|
garlic
|
|
additional 1/4 tsp
|
salt

1 6oz can

tomato paste
|

grated parmeasan

Preparation
Cook noodles 10 minutes. Rinse in cold water. Mix with oil. Place in 3 quart baking dish. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, oregano, thme and 1/2 tsp salt. Spoon in layers over noodles. Sprinkle with parsley. Saute beef with onion and garlic in skillet. Mix in 1/4 tsp salt and tomato paste. Spoon over cheese layer. Sprinle with parmesan*. Bake in 400F oven for 30 minutes.
* - Original recipe read "sprinkle with tomato paste" which I'm sure wasn't what she meant.
