I'm a bit dubious about this recipe based solely on the fact that pineapple is supposed to be one of the few fruits you cannot normally embed in gelatine as the acidity in the fruit inhibits jelling. Perhaps the cranberry sauce adds the extra oomf?
Ingredients

rasberry Jello
|
|
16 oz
|
whole cranberry sauce
|
|
1 8oz can
|
crushed pineapple including juice
|
|
2 cups
|
boiling water
|
|
1/2 cups
|
Burgundy or Port wine
|
|
1/3 cup
|
walnuts,
diced
|

|
Dressing
|
|
8 oz
|
cream cheese
|
|
1/2 cup
|
sour cream
|
|
1/4 cup
|
sugar
|
|
|
lemon juice to taste
|
Preparation
Put cranberry sauce into hot water with jello. Add nuts when almost firm.
