Egg Nog Pie
Ingredients
baked pie crust or graham cracker crust
3 Tbl water
1 envelope unflavored gelatine
2 cups egg nog
1 cup whipped cream, beaten stiff
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbl rum or brandy
1/2 tsp almond extract
Preparation
Put gelatine in cold water. Warm egg nog over water [double boiler]. Stir in gelatine until dissolved.

Chill until partially set, then beat smooth. Add rum or brandy, sugar, almond extract + whipped cream. Fold into eggnog.

Pour into pie shell. Let set. Serve with a little whipped cream as topping.
