margarine

1 tsp

anise extract
|

1 tsp

almond extract
|
|
1 tsp
|
anise seed
|
|
2 1/2 cup
|
flour,
sifted
|
|
2 1/2 tsp
|
baking powder
|
Preparation
Cream sugar and margarine; add extracts and seeds. Beat until creamy. Sift flour and baking powder and add to mixture. Bake in a 375 degree oven until brown. Remove from oven and cut into slats and turn on cut side. Put back into oven to brown.
